What about my pets?
We adore your pets and treat them like part of the family. Any special instructions you provide are carefully noted in our work order, so your cleaning technician knows exactly how to care for them during each visit.
Who does Gleamora hire to clean my home?
At Gleamora, we hire only the best. Our cleaning technicians are experienced, thoroughly trained, and known for their reliability, care, and integrity. We foster a culture of excellence, and it shows — many of our team members have been with us for three to six years, with some celebrating over a decade of service. We’re proud of the strong, supportive environment we’ve built, and our low staff turnover means our clients enjoy consistent, high-quality service from people who truly care about their work. Do I need to tip my cleaning technician?
While tips are never expected, they are always appreciated for a job well done. Many clients choose to leave a small tip after each visit or a more generous one at the end of the year. If you leave cash, please mark it clearly as a tip. You can also add a tip to your credit card payment. Rest assured, 100% of tips go directly to the cleaning technicians who perform the service.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
We observe the following holidays and do not provide service on these days:
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
If your regular cleaning falls on one of these holidays, we’ll reach out in advance to reschedule. Please note that we do operate on most other federal holidays, so unless you choose to cancel, you can expect our team to arrive as scheduled on any holiday not listed above.
Will the initial cleaning take longer?
Yes — to meet our high standards, the initial cleaning typically takes longer than future visits. This allows us to give your space the deep, thorough clean it deserves while getting familiar with your home’s unique layout and needs.
Do I need to be home while my house is being cleaned?
No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning — but it’s entirely up to you. Most of our clients aren’t home at the time of service. Many choose to provide us with a key, alarm code, or use a secure lockbox. For your peace of mind, all keys are individually coded and securely stored at our office.
Will you send the same cleaning technician each time?
We do our best to send the same cleaning technicians for each visit, as it ensures efficiency and familiarity. However, due to scheduling and staffing dynamics, we can’t always guarantee it. Rest assured, if a different technician is assigned, they’ll have full access to detailed notes about your preferences and past requests to ensure consistent, high-quality service every time.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
Payment is due at the time of service. Your credit card on file will be charged after the cleaning is completed.
